Brand new for 2025, we are extremely excited to have partnered with English Premier League club Everton FC who will be bringing a unique experience to FC Lake County this summer.

Everton FC coaching staff will be leading a 5-day summer training camp the week of June 23-27 at our Alleghany Park, Grayslake location. (Time 5:00 to 8:00pm)
This camp is open to ANY players aged 7 to 14 IN or OUTSIDE FCLC with the training centered around their philosophy of "Six Brilliant Basics": finishing, passing, receiving, forward moves/dribbling. turning & screening, and defending, all taken from the Everton Academy Game Model and curriculum. 

Each participant will be presented with a goodie bag and have access to the digital benefits associated with the Club’s Official Membership Scheme for the 2025/26 season.

Session Times

All sessions will run from 5:00 to 8:00pm

Players will be assigned groups based on age and ability levels. (players maybe asked too change groups during the camp to find the best fit from a development standpoint)

Academy Camp

This camp style program is specifically for children born between 2018 to 2020.

As with our seasonal Academy "Training" & Academy "Plus" programming, each session is centered around having fun and building each child's confidence in possession of the ball. (Any children currently registered or outside of FCLC are welcome to register).

Advanced Pre-Season Camp

The primary focus for this week of training is to prepare each player and age group for the season ahead, by using small to large group training environments centered around; technical, functional (position specific) and tactical game day concepts.

Eligible age groups: 2017 to 2007 Girls & 2017 to 2011 Boys

Birth Years: 2016 to 2006 Girls & 2016 to 2010 Boys (No HS Boys)

Cost: $125.00 (Includes a t-shirt)
