U23 & Men's First Team

Chicago Ghost was partially born from the boys playing with school friends in the winter Libertyville indoor lead as "Class on Grass" along with our FCLC U23 team the summer of 2022. The club is being led by our alumni: Matthew Alcala, Krys Selega, Matt Bassier, Like Bassier, Clay Mobile and Alexis Diaz.

Starting in Summer 2024, FCLC's Technical Director (Jamie Martin) has teamed up with Chicago Ghost to assist collegiate athletes stay in shape in a competitive environment throughout the off-season.

For the 2025 season, we are proud to offer a U23 (Greater Chicago Soccer League U23 Division & U23 PSL) AND First team (Midwest Premier League) with 60 players participating in training and game days.

Our 2025 rosters are representing the following colleges:

D1: Stonehill College, Eastern Illinois, IU Indy

D3: University of Wisconsin-Platteville, Vassar College, University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, St. Olaf, John's Hopkins University, Lake Forest College, Aurora University, Morton College (JUCO), Stevens Tech, Elmhurst University, Loras College, MSOE, Calvin University, Oberlin University, Depauw University, Trinity University (TX).

Players wishing to play college soccer in the future may wish to come and watch some games so they can get a feel of the level of play needed to compete at these next stages of play.
